The EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and Vietnam's Decision No. 01/2022 require around 2,000 Vietnamese enterprises to obtain ISO 14064 certification for greenhouse gas inventories. However, 67% of these enterprises struggle due to unclear regulations and a lack of a transparent roadmap.
